We need more details. If you don’t mind to tell us your Transit username and the name of your project, we can look to see if the files are in the cloud.
Also I assume you are talking about the VST Transit plugin in Cubase, or is it VST Transit Join, or VST Transit Go on the iPad? Pls. let us know more about your system(s) so we can better help you.
