How to transfer Cubasis LE 2 instrument and effect plug-in in-app purchases

I also have this question. If yes how do you do it?
I am using Cubasis 2.8.3 and bought all in-app purchases except for two of the waves plugins.
Im planning to transfer them to Cubasis LE 3.1.2
