I have Cubase 8.5 and a new powerful PC with an i9 processor and 16 GB memory, Windows 10 64 bit, a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 USB sound card. When I open a VST instrument and play on it, “VST Performance real-time peak” begins to peak every 8 second, creating a dropout. Any suggestions?
