This is a great thread, so much valuable info!
I am still having some issues but fixed most of them!
Leaving out all the standard tweaks there are a few things i think really helped minimizing audio dropouts etc.
- Enabling the “Ultimate Performance” mode for Windows 10 seems to help a lot!
- Disabling all WAN miniport drivers seems to help also.
I was having massive dropouts which were related to the network driver.
It was not possible to stream a song on youtube without dropouts occuring every second.
With the WAN Miniport drivers disabled i can stream music and do a full on internet speed test (stresstest) without any dropouts!
