Moving Content From C Drive

I have recently installed a very fast search program called “Everything”. When it is first executed, It takes a minute or so to create an index of every file currently accessible on the computer, and thereafter finds files apparently instantaneously (on my medium powered laptop), unless it needs to index a newly connected disc or flash drive. You can enter multiple substrings of the file name and Everything’s list will include only filenames that contain all of them. Searching by content is possible but much slower, with no indication of progress.

“Everything” was described on page 20 of Issue 555 (5 - 18 June 2019) of Computer Active. Its free download is available through www.snipca.com/31616. You must type this into your browser address bar; a paragraph on Computer Active’s page 3 warns us that searching on Google doesn’t work.
