Thank you Steinberg for helping with my
sister’s lost usb elicenser dongle.
Some time ago my sister was unluckly
to loose the usb elicenser containing the
cubase element license.
she had here cubase dvd, usb elicenser
activations code as well as the lost dongle
registred in here mysteinberg.
I was helping here with writting a support
ticket as well as following video tutorials
on , how to use the zero downtime,
rescue options in mysteinberg and did
use this option as well as filling in the
form , asking for a new license.
After a few days, my sister got a new license,
which she could download on a newly bought
usb elicenser.
Every thing works now.
She now got here cubase back!.
I just want to say Thank you steinberg, how much
we really appreciate steinberg support helping us
through the process of getting back the license
for here cubase element.
