Hello, I’m a long time Cubase user who’s just purchased Connect Pro 4 to use with 9.5. I’ve combed this forum and can’t for the life of get Connect Pro and Studio Pass to connect!! I click on ID and then the symbol that generates the connection key. The only button available is “logout”. I press that to get back to my sign in page, login, but on my iphone studio pass says that that ID is not logged in. This should be very simple.
Please, any help would be appreciated.
