I’m trying to use a UR44 audio interface for recording to Ableton Live 10 on my laptop. My laptop is connected via USB, and my instruments are connected via the first two line inputs. I listen to this all through the first headphone output. The problem is, the UR44 picks up my desktop (laptop) audio as an input, then loops it back to my laptop, creating an endless feedback/echo loop. I’ve tried looking in the dspMixFx firmware for a setting to stop the UR44 from recognizing the USB as an input, but haven’t found anything. All I want is to hear desktop audio through my headphones without echoing. I can’t use my laptop’s 3.5mm jack for headphones, as the delay is too long for recording with. Please help
