Elicenser hardware technology request

Post by Guest »

Can whoever makes these, in future build them with an SD slot and have them as a purchasable upgrade?

Like this:

So I can store cubase files (and folders) even if it means copying them to a new computer to use.

Would be nice.

Did anyone like this idea?

In particular MIDI only musicians?

I wouldn't really need that myself right now, but it seems like a logical thing to do.
Software: Steinberg Cubase Pro 8 64-bit.
Hardware: Intel i5 6600, 16Gb DDR3, Win7 64-bit
Mackie Onyx 1620i - Steinberg Midex 8 - Steinberg CC121.

My humble contributions to what could be considered music.

Yes but imagine, Steiny (distributors) could sell them with cubase on board or just have it as an unmarketed option that would bring a bit more value to the system.

The 3G dongles have software onboard and can be updated with a firmware update, so no more dodgy installs, rollbacks etc.

Cool no?
