The standard 180 degree flip phase seems a little too simple these days. I mean, why couldn’t there be variable phase control on each channel? This can greatly help multi-mic guitar and drum tracks. I know there are plug-ins that do this, but shouldn’t this be a standard issue control these days in mixers?
