Yes I´ve checked and the closest one is in Costa Rica, but it will be simpler if I can buy the license online do that I can download the demo version and the license goes to my dongle.

The mailing service in Venezuela is not reliable.

yes, you can buy the RND Portico plug-ins as downloads in the Steinberg online shop.
Boxed version is unfortunately not available from the Online store for your country.
