Cubasis LE comes as a free App Store download and running in demo mode, unless unlocked via a supported hardware device.
Generally, Cubasis can be used with any CC compatible hardware.
Unfortunately we’re not able to comment on Alesis’ MultiMix 8 USB FX, since we’re not equipped with this device.
I suggest to get in touch with Alesis about your question.
In addition, you can give the device a test drive yourself, launching Cubasis LE in demo mode.
