You can use it as common MIDI Device. So, extract the CMC PD from “All MIDI Inputs” in Devices > Device Setup > MIDI Port Setup. Then set the CMC PD as a dedicated Input (instead of “All MIDI In”) of the MIDI track, which should be controlled by CMC PD. Now, the track is controlled from CMC PD, and all other tracks are not affected.
