UR22 mk II doesn't pick up inputs

Hi. I’ve had a similar issue. I use my UR22 mkII through Ableton as my DAW and i’ve had the same problem with no audio coming through.
Have you had any luck fixing the issue? Ive also tried updating the Drivers and Firmware. No luck
