UR22MKII vs MR816CSX Sound quality?

Hi,

I’m looking to purchase a UR22MKII.

  1. I wanted to know if those 2 interfaces have the same quality in their preamps?
  2. What about their onboard effects?

Assuming we are recording at most 2 signals at the same time on a PC.
