I’ve read through recent discussions and wonder if my issue is related:
I’m getting intermittent distortion (loud, sounds like pebbles rattling in a small can, pulses in time with the music). The signal levels are not clipping and it doesn’t sound like bit-rate drop (as others have said), as the music still sounds OK, just with this loud noise over it.
I’ve tried with/without the 5V power, different cables, PCs, power supplies…no change.
I’ve installed the latest drivers (1.10.4.1) and increased the ASIO buffer size, as suggested.
