Hallo, ich bin erst jetzt zum Update gekommen. In der neuen Version 5.5 finde ich in der Auswahl der Peripherie geräte nicht mehr " Eucon". In der noch vorhandenen Version 5.0 alles noch prima vorhanden. wie bekomme ich Eucon auf die Version 5.5 damit ich meine Euphnox Geräte weiterhin nutzen kann ?

hier funktioneren die EuCons nach dem 5.5er Update. Allerdings wurde bei mir zwar die Layouts, allerdings nicht die Surface- und Touchscreen-Belegungen übernommen.
Mein Tipp wär einfach nochmal den Treiber zu installieren und/oder die alt bewährten Tipps des Euphonix-Supports durchzugehen (sind älter, müssten aber noch gut sein):

OS 10.5 / 10.6: System Preferences / Security / Firewall Tab - set to Allow Al Incoming…
If your Firewall is already off, turn it on and follow the steps below:
Here are some basic instruction that may help you with your Firewall settings. This is based on OS 10.5 (Leopard)
- Use the Go To Folder command (in the Go menu in the finder): CMND+SHFT+G (Anmerkungen Matthias: Erst Doppelklick auf “Macintosh HD” und dort den Befehl ausführen).
- Type in usr/sbin and press enter
- this should open a hidden directory.
- Go to System Preferences / Security / Firewall Tab
- select the 3rd option (custom settings)
- Press the + button at the bottom left
- Drag the following file from the usr/sbin folder into the browser window:
- configd
- Press ‘add’
- Repeat step 4 - 6 for the following file:
- mDNSResponder
- You will also need to add the following applications:
- MC Client (applications / Euphonix)
- EuControl (applications / Euphonix)
- EuConDiscovery (find this inside MC Client contents; Right-Click on MC CLient and select Show Package Contents)
