Lately i’m having a trouble with nuendo 4, everytime i want to use pitch shift, i can’t preview or proccess the pitch shift, it’s always not responding, any idea how to fix it?

That is “normal”. Most of the offline processes are not buffered, so it depends entirely on the procesing power of your computer if this works or not.
