"Resource File Error. Compression not supported!"

Post by stratblue »

On starting Cubase 6.5 on Mac 10.8.3 I now get the above dialog box that needs to be clicked away 4 times before getting into use Cubase. Any ideas how to get rid of it? I haven't installed any new plug ins or whatever, the only thing I can think of is that in VLC I meddled with the audio settings, temporarily choosing the audio interface that Cubase uses. Watching the splash screen as Cubase boots up it pauses at 'initializing content'.

Suzuki Hayabusa Z: 0-60 2.5 secs. Rackintosh, 10.8.3, Cubase 6.5, Genoqs Octopus.
