Soft e-Licenser Permissions For Expired Iconica Demo

I downloaded the demo of Iconica some months ago but never bought it. The 30 day license has expired.

But I can’t seem to delete it from my Soft e-Licenser, and when I open other applications on my hard e-Licenser I get an annoying error message that the Soft e-Licenser does not have enough permissions.

I read an old thread that suggested deleting the Syncrosoft folder found in my Windows c:Program Data folder. Is that still correct, or is there some other way for me to get rid of the error message?
