I removed the registration of my eLicenser and added it again to MySteinberg. After that I got the activation key for the bonus loops.

Just deregister and then reregister you elicenser. You should then receive a Bonus Loops activation code if you have not already. That should work indeed.

Did you already unregister and then reregister you Sequel? That should create a new Bonus Loop activation code for you.

I have installed and activated my copy of Sequel 3 via eLicenser. Please, can Steinberg management assist me in activating the promised 500 loops? I am based in Australia, which makes it impossible to contact Steinberg. A prompt reply would be greatly appreciated.

Well it seems I'm not alone after reading this forum. Same prob here. I have only sent an email to support today, so seems I just have to wait. Seems to only be a prob if you already have other products registered on your eLicencer as far as I can see.

I went through MySteinberg, unregistered Sequel 3 and reregistered there. I got the bonus loop activation code. I entered it into the eLicenser software. I have restarted Sequel 3. The bonus loops do not appear in the media as they should.

Any thoughts?

Right. Well I've just got my Bonus Loops by finally getting a reply from info@steinberg.de . I was given the activation code. I went to my eLicencer Control Center, clicked on Sequel 3 then hit the Enter Activation Code and entered it. Closed it down and even restarted the computer. Opened Sequel and they still weren't there. Was showing up in my Steinberg account as there now, but not yet activated. So then went back to the eLicencer Control Center and saw Sequel Bonus Pack 01 listed. I then clicked on that and again entered the same activation code and also hit "download licence". then restarted the computer again. (not sure if that is necessary, but did it anyway). Then Walah!!! All fixed. Showing as activated in MySteinberg and showing in Content Libraries under "All Content".
Hope this helps anyone else still having an issue with this.

Hi, I am finding my way around. I was told that I did not need an activation code for Sequel 3 so I have no bonus loops activation code.
Also I have downloaded Elek Drums, Halion Sonic SE, Drum Loop Expansion 1. I have no referencing for the bonus tracks.
I am looking for simple country beat backing and find none in the above when I filter.
Some assistance would be great.
