Upgrading AI4 to Artist 6

How do I get the AI4 Activation Code out of MySteinberg and onto the dongle in order to complete the upgrade??
The AI4 Activation Code is there on MySteinberg, but I can't enter it on the dongle using eLicenser Control Center because it is rejected as already existing.

you simply drag and drop the AI license (not the activation code) from the soft e-licenser to the USB e-licenser then use the Artist 6 Activation code to download the Artist 6 license.

Thanks for the thought. I'm looking at:
https://www.steinberg.net/en/mysteinber ... how/1.html, and can see the product, a number like: xxxxxxxxxx xxbxxxxxxx but nothing seems to want to drag and drop

You do it in the eLicenser Control application, not in MySteinberg. As thinkingcap said, drag and drop the license from soft to USB.
