[SOLVED] Cant' change my Steinberg account's country.

Hello everybody.

I know this forum is probably not the place to ask such questions, but have no other choice.

I opened my steinberg account a few years ago when I bought Cubase 4. At the time I was living in Mexico City and I registered to my address there. I have been living in Germany for the past couple years and I would like to change the country in my account. However, I can not do it without the approval of the regional support office in Mexico and their support is non existent.

I just bought an upgrade to Cubase 7 on my company's name in Germany, and therefore I can not register to Mexico so I am pretty much stuck here.

Any advise would be very welcome.

Could you please change your address information in your MySteinberg account? It's still the Mexican address.
Once you have done that, send me a PM and I am going to change the country to Germany.
