Asknet - Steinberg online shopping???

Hi guys

Please, can anyone tell me, how long did it take for you to get some kind of response or an activation code from them after you ordered and payed your desired products in Steinberg online shop ? I selected "Advanced payment" as the preffered payment method and I'm situated in Europe.

I ordered some items from them ... and for the first one the money transaction has been carried out on monday ...that's 2 days ago !!! and yet I still didn't get any reply from them other than some authomatic response to my support ticket inquery . Their first response to my order was instantaneous including the purchase details and bank account numbers etc ...

Maybe I'm a bit inpatient or spoiled by other companies where online shopping and their provision of items was almost instantaneous ... It's a year 2013 for gawds sake ...

One of the orders seems to have been delivered by now. At least a mail was send on Wednesday late in the evening.
As you have selected bank transfer, it could be that the second transfer hasn't reached them yet. I cannot see the exact status form here.

EdDoll, thanx for chimming in ... yes I got my first order . The delivery took approx. 2 days to get it from the time of my order and payment, so I guess that's not that bad after all ... As I said in my OP - I was just a bit impatient
