I am having trouble with my elicencer and I sent a help request to you via mySteinberg on Jan 8. I have heard nothing back and I am tired of waiting. Here is my problem that I previously posted on a forum page. Please reply, 10 days and waiting is just not good enough.

If you haven´t received an automatic receive confirmation, your mail probably did not arrive, and you should try again...
