Personalized Views

You can flexibly adapt mixer views to suit the task at hand. Three freely configurable mixer views are available in Cubase 4. You can configure each mixer window so that it shows a specific combination of channels, channel types and zooms, an option you’ll find especially helpful when mixing big projects. Mixer views can be also be stored as presets.
 

Personalized Views

The Channel Strip window for audio and MIDI tracks can now also be configured to reflect your desired display options. Sections can be switched on or off, and their order from left to right can also be setup exactly the way you want. Configurations can, of course, be saved and recalled as view presets.

Full Automation

Every mixer knob may be automated. Cubase 4 supports numerous external controllers that let you ergonomically control the VST Mixer and intuitively record fades and pans.

High-End Channel EQ

High-end Channel EQ

Cubase 4 includes a new high-end multi-mode studio equalizer for each channel strip. This new EQ represent a major advancement in sound quality. With multiple filter modes and characteristics, the new Channel EQ is a creative tool, which adds character and depth to any sound – and it’s fully backward compatible.

Full Export Options

With the Export function, you can save the finished mix in almost all standard formats, for instance, AIFF, Sound Designer II, Wave, Wave 64, Broadcast Wave, MP3, Windows Media AudioPro. By bouncing tracks offline, you can save considerable time when creating comparison mixes.
