Steve Tushar adds Euphonix MC to Nuendo-based post studio
Leading Hollywood sound designer Steve Tushar has added a brand new Euphonix MC controller to his Nuendo-based post production system. A long-time Nuendo user, Steve has a long list of credits to his name, including sound design work for Universal, Disney and Paramount including features like The Jungle Book and The Lion King. Steve has also applied his sound design talents to leading computer games like Infected and The Matrix.
To say that Steve is happy with his Nuendo/MC system would be something of an understatement. “The integration between the MC and Nuendo is basically flawless,” he says. “The functionality that goes on between the two is just staggering. I’ve tailored the whole system to what I need. I have the MC, I have Nuendo, I have all the software I need to get the job done faster than anybody else.” Summarizing his experiences with Nuendo and the Euphonix MC, he states: “This environment allows me to be much more creative, and that’s what it’s all about.”
